    Welcome aboard moneyonmymindsam,

When Helen pops in she will give you a number and add your target and progress to the first page.

In the meantime, keep us updated - we are a friendly bunch and will be cheering you on from the sidelines.

We are all in it for the long haul - this is definitely a stroll not a sprint for us all ;) You are out of the starting block already with £1 more than you had yesterday.

    Dobbi :D

Thanks for the warm welcome :j:T

    A tortoise "running"?

That I've got to see. :rotfl:
People are always surprised to see tortoises are actually quite speedy when they get going. A couple of days ago me and mum were sat watching her do laps around the tortoise table. Usually late afternoon (when shes properly warmed up) she does a few zoomies.
It drives Duncan mad, he can hear her, but can't see her. He stands up against the glass, which I don't mind until he starts scrabbling against it. I introduce them as much as possible without stressing Donna out, and it seems to be helping. At least he's stopped barking at her noises.

Shuffled some money around from various pots. Scraped enough together to pay mum back a whole £1000 :D

So I'm adjusting my target to £2000, and I have £6.25 to start it off :)

  • Hi Helen

Back from holiday now so I’ve worked out the damage to my fund, almost 3 weeks away took £400 from my fund which isn’t bad considering it was a special hol!

My pot now stands at £5450, 76% of my target.
