  • hi op, my ex did this sort of thing to me and three other women, my ex now lives in carlisle, however I doubt it's him as he never had any money, he just did it for the thrill of getting away with it.
Also if you used a price comparison site for the car insurance it might have saved the details, I know mine did for cars I've had previously.

What we all need/want is a few photos of him, his car and his name. Then we can all do a bit of nosing around! You never know someone here may know him/his car...

OP, I was wondering if he was registered with your GP's Practice?
On registering, the surgery would request details of his previous GP's Practice in order to obtain his notes. Although information of this kind is confidential, I do know that under certain circumstances, info is shared.

We're the builders who put that stand up blindfolded?

They don't seem to have been aware of where the pitch lies!

That round table thing is a group for men in carlisle aged 18-45 add that to him saying he's from carlisle and the stadium its a no brainer! That is the 1 truthful thing he has said :T

Round Table is all over the country.

  • Round Table is all over the country.

True that its countrywide - but I took it that poster was referring specifically to the Carlisle group.

People in that sort of group often tend to have contacts with other people in the same group elsewhere in the country - lots of networking goes on through groups like that.

Dear OP, feel so sorry for you.
some good suggestions on here. It would be eating me up as well, the not knowing. I remember about 30 years ago an uncle by marriage going missing under similar circumstances and never being heard from again.
He had 2 children, I often wondered how he could have done that to not only his partner but his kids.
I hope it all works out and you move on
