Hmm,
After mulling it over I'm not happy with the deal I got after I called to cancel.
Would I be able to call again and cancel properly this time?
Thanks, Paul.0 -
I recieved my pac code a few days ago...Rang up today to see what they would offer me before i used my pac code...they offered me a few things but in the end i got 25min and 225 txt per month for -£3.00. It's the old 02 25 terrif. Normally £16/mo...they knocked £10/mo off for line rental and credited my account with £75 so making my 12mo contract -£3.000

I am going to port my number to orange PAYG now i have my PAC code, but it takes upto 7 days to port number, what if it doesnt port by the 27th will i be charged because the deadline will be up.0

If it doesn't port by 27th you'll have missed the boat. Your existing contract would then continue to its natural end. You might have been better to port to 02 PAYG, then port to Orange, if you're worried about timescale.0

The contract with the existing network continues until it's grabbed by the new network. So if you're saying that it might not happen before the last possible date, ie 27th Sep, then you will miss the boat and I guess that your existing contract will have to continue until the original end date.0

You can't be sure how long Orange will take. But I guess that if you're with 02 currently then it more or less means that there is no actual network shift taking place, ie you're just moving from contract to PAYG. So that might be faster.0
