Just got off the phone with CPW, and in reply to your question the answer is '!!!!in NO'.
They just do not want to know, so fired off an e-mail and am waiting for a responce.
Have you recieved a text and actually used the 08 numbers, just wondering why for some its easy and others its not0 -

Yes got the text message, and I use 08 numbers quite a lot (phone Banking), as I say the CS rep at CPW was just plain nasty, she kept on quoting that the contract could be changed at any time, and that I agreed to the changes when I upgraded back in June.Aiming to be debt free....but still off target0 -
I have called CPW CS 4 times since 1st September to cancel my contract and everytime I have been told that I will receive my PAC code in 3-5 working days. I think they are using delaying tactics until 28th September.
Is anybody else facing the same problem?0 -

Finally O2 agree they made a billing mistake and allow me to terminate the contract free of charge after threatening to contract mass media0

Contracting the mass media would cost you a lot! Lol!0

i signed up a contract with o2 through dialaphone on 23 April 2007. called o2 cs to cancel and they insist that my contarct (which appears to be o2 offline) had those changes concerning 0844/0845 numbers preplanned on 1 April so i am not affected and cannot cancel without penalty. i referred to 8.4c of t&c but they seemed not to care about it. asked them to point out the clause in t&c where it was preplanned and they coudn not but promised to send me the information by mail.
i previously sent the cancellation letter to their cs postal address given on the backpage of the bill and it tracks as "out for delivery" for 7 days already.
anyone any suggestion?0 -
Got a reply from CPW stating that THEY WILL NOT under any circumstances cancel my contract, even tho it was pointed out to them that they had cancelled other peoples contracts.
Phoned them back quoting this site and what O2 themselves had told me, I was told that my contract was with CPW and they didn't care what O2 had to say.
So any suggestions.............Aiming to be debt free....but still off target0
