I have rec all my cashback so far, the last one I sent on 15/2 and rec the cheque today 27/2, so I am more that happy with OSPS.

The first cashback was automatic on my phone and you had to claim the rest of the cashback in 4 instalments.
Did you keep a copy of the cashback claims that you sent in?
Have you tried phoning them?0 -

Hi guys,
I received my bill today - the one 120 days after my contract started - so this is the one I am going to send in.
As I go over the t&c one last time before sending the relevant documentation in, I find myself umming and aahhing yet again over one final detail -
"When making the first instalment claim at 120 days, with a PORTED number, we need in addition to the standard requirements above, a copy of the first bill showing the original number we supplied to you".
As far as I'm concerned "a copy of" is ambiguous and could mean either a photocopy of the original or the original itself. Sneaky!0 -
That's fine - except the legal t&c aren't the ones they are using so you need to check both sets of claim dates!0

that has been stopped over a month ago!0 -
I have just used 0208 896 5000. I have found 01270 504400 does work sometimes, other times it disconnects after one ring.0
