I wrote to Northern Rock in March 2008 about PPI but they replied back saying they did not agree I had been misold. I left it at this but today out of the blue I received a letter saying they had looked at it again and agreed I had been misold, payment of £606 being sent to me and monthly amount reduced by £9 for next 33months.
All just in time for holidays.

What a nice surprise! Well done!

Just an update on my HSBC, I sent back the agreement letter last friday & the money was in my account by Wednesday, they may take their time to make an offer but at least they pay it quickly !! Sorry, if this has been discussed earlier & i'm aksing again but does anyone have the address for who to send a woolwich claim to (i think it may be barclays now) please ? Do they usually pay up ? (My partner has one for me to fight now ! lol :)

Hi, they all vary, but give them about a month after them receiving the acceptance slip, and chase them up if you hear nothing, well done to you and good luck.;)
