they did give me a rebate according to there offer letter, i dont re-call ever getting anything at the time mind you..

the figures above is what the lady told me over the phone will be on my letter

still wont believe it till its in my bank...but thanx for all your help

if i take off the rebate it comes out at 1250 odd, so near enough,
however, the 8% element is then only 499 and not 989?

definately ring them tomorrow for a total figure when all added together.

Sent me a letter today saying they will offer me near on £900, the PPI was for £1300, i didnt even know i had PPI (Di this was the one I wasnt sure on!)

Well Im going to accept as we need a boiler ours has packed up!!!! FATE???

One letter and an email not bad at all!
