My hubby received an email from the FOS today as they been chasing LLoyds for his Credit Card PPI refund on the Credit Card he paid in full in 2004.DearH
I have received correspondence from Lloyds advising that they have now received the necessary information to calculate your redress.
According to LLoyds you should receive your refund before the end of next week.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should there be any problems.

Today also received this below from Customer Care on the loan ppi's, this was because last week - Thursday 18 Feb 10 they sent out new offers since I requested they take another look on a decision even though it was the final one they did send (and the only one), I asked them to take another look as they missed some reasons and noted a few errors, they agreed to take another look but looks like the acceptances they sent out last Thursday got mislaid (if they did really send them out) so they confirm today more are sent today, email here:
Dear
We have issued today the acceptance slips out again as the others have not reached you.
We apologize for the delay if you have any further problems please contact our customer care phones team as they will be able to give more information. (0845 300 5599 then option 1)

I reclaimed PPI on a loan from Northern Rock.
How much did you get back: they gave me over £4000 back plus interest at 8% on this as well as cancelling the remaining monthly repayments which is another £6000, so OVER £10,000 in total
I copied the letter template from this website and edited it to my circumstances and i received a reply instantly saying they were looking into it and a few weeks later i got another letter saying they were giving me the money back.
Thats all it took 1 letter, 10minutes work for over £10k
