Yes not too bad thank you, getting over a ear infection thank goodness, I'm quite a baby with things like this and then you hear with little ones suffering..........bless and how brave they are, puts me to shame :eek::o.

Time from complaint to them saying they will refund: less than one week!

I've just checked and the "We've received your complaint" letter from Egg was dated January 5th.

The "We've closed your complaint and want you to have £2700 back" letter was dated January 6th.

Got £1255 refund for PPI protection I took out on a loan in 2006. Sent off one of the template letters stating that:

• Your salesperson implied that taking out the policy would assist my credit application.
• Your salesperson did not give me full information on what the policy would and would not cover.

I am concerned the sales assistant that sold me the policy has no financial background and the policy was not sold in my best interests.

4 weeks later I got refund of all premiums paid and 8% interest.
Thank you it was so simple to do.
