    Hi

    I have just received an offer from Aliance & Leicester offering a full refund plus 8% interest of £820 for mis-selling of PPI on my loan which I have accepted.

    I am going to try and reclaim the PPI from my Nationwide CC next and also bank charges from Barclays.

    Well done Rob, Congratulations.:beer::T:beer:
    Good luck on your other claims as well.;)

  • Lodged letter with Ombudsman about a year ago to try to reclaim six-and-a-half years worth of PPI on two successive loans with Lloyds TSB.

    Got reply in June saying I had won my case.

    Just been paid around £5,000 from Lloyds TSB which has paid off rest of the loan, repaid family members I owed money and still some left for a holiday!

    Debt free for first time since I started uni - a real life-changer.

    Can't thank Martin enough for the brilliant advice! Did someone say MBE???

    Hi
    My PPI claim on an egg loan has been passed to the ombudsman by the adjudicator and I am awaiting a response. Has anyone actually been paid out by egg? I get the impression they drag their heels for as long as possible (which is a bit weird if they end up having to pay more interest because of it)
