Sent claim forms to FSCS in July/August 2008, have you got a nice low reference number?
March 2008 should be one of the first to be looked at surely?

Hi Pinknico, I remember you sent your form off the same time as me, July defo rings the bell.;)xx

    Hi Pinknico......

No, maybe I should ask the FSCS or Deloitte?
Who do you think would be best to contact out of them 2 now?:A;)XX

PS, The FSCS said on the email received from them think it was last week that they had now completed the final investigations, and the letter from deloittes was dated 17 July 09, so I imagine maybe sometime before that. XX

Hello arthur, hope you are ok and taking your own advice and having a giggle! xx

Di, I was just curious to see who was defaulted first Picture or Two part or if it was at the same time, the FSCS should be the best to tell you but don't bother on my behalf, I was just wondering.xx

lets hope all our claims are moving!!
  • I have just got a letter from the Financial Ombudsman Service to say that LLoyds are going to pay back my PPI payments from 2002, the amount is £5,625 plus 8% annual interest (cannot work out what this will be) plus £100 compensation.

    Excited!!!!!
