Hi Pinknico......
No, maybe I should ask the FSCS or Deloitte?
Who do you think would be best to contact out of them 2 now?:A;)XX
PS, The FSCS said on the email received from them think it was last week that they had now completed the final investigations, and the letter from deloittes was dated 17 July 09, so I imagine maybe sometime before that. XXThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Di, I was just curious to see who was defaulted first Picture or Two part or if it was at the same time, the FSCS should be the best to tell you but don't bother on my behalf, I was just wondering.xxDS1 12/10/04

I have just got a letter from the Financial Ombudsman Service to say that LLoyds are going to pay back my PPI payments from 2002, the amount is £5,625 plus 8% annual interest (cannot work out what this will be) plus £100 compensation.
Excited!!!!!
Toni- What were you reclaiming: PPI
- Who was the provider: Lloyds TSB
- How much did you get back: £5,625 plus 85 Annual Intrest and £100 compensation
- Did you get it back after a letter or did you go to the Financial Ombudsman: Financial Ombudsman
- And then write your brief reclaim tale Wrote a letter November 2008, LLoyds said No, replied using templates, LLoyds said No. Sent Letter to Ombudsman March 2009. Got confirmation that LLoyds are going to Pay Today.....:T:T:T:T:T
