Just recieved £2007.00 from HFC, its taken nearly 2 years and been quite a hard slog. Had to get the Ombudsman involved and then they were put in their place!!
Its a case of askers do get!!

cheers martin , i owe you one i download the letter for PPI sent it off and today received a letter off HFC with as offer of £704, the best thing with this money i can pay of the rest of the loan.
Did have about £16000 on loans but at the moment its down too 7000
