Thank you to the site I used all template letters and have just recieved with interest over 10,000 back from 2 previouse loans I had with the TSB i,m so gratefull and would tell any one to follow it up .:money::j

Hello All

I was a little skepitcal about this, but guess it was worth a try
Claim made to Egg credit card PPI
Used the templates from here, thank you
Sent letter 1 on 25/06/09
Got confirmation letter complaint being looked into within a week
Received letter 11/07/09 getting refund for £976.83, :j
Only this is being paid back on to my Egg card no option given for chq refund, so will be calling them on monday.:mad:

Otherwise a good result...thank you Martin

My husband on the other hand got a No from Egg has signed up online so not their fault agreements not read

We still are still waititng to hear back from HFC / TESCO / A&L, will let you all know how these go

Hi there.

I would not go along with all their old tosh. A lot of people who applied online the X on the PPI was pre ticked so you opted out. Ask them for a copy of the agreement. Good luck to you.

I have filled in the letter and sent off the form etc, they sent me back a cd of the call with a password for me to listen to the call...I was never able to listen to the call.

I have asked for the password again, and tried chasing it up but it's just taking so long!

Do you think I have a chance if they have sent me the cd? I would rather know if I have a chance or not, if not will put it to the back of my mind..

Hi there;)

I think every recordings vary, with ours it did help our case.

When you do get the password for this, have a good listen to it and if you use this on your computer a big screen should come up, and the calls are numbered, what we did was number the main ones to the FOS, however I imagine they listen through the whole sale of it.

How long have you been waiting for the password?

I'm sure we did not require a password for ours.
