Story:-

Sent letter off on 30th March and received Questionnaire. Filled in as best as we could remember and sent it off with a covering letter explaining that the first loan was taken out in 2002 and had PPI added. Subsequent two loans were "top ups" and we were only given the monthly payment with no discussion about PPI. Got couple of letters stating that they were still investigating and replied to them. Got phone call from Case Handler last Monday 29th June advising that their investigation was complete and letter coming out with acceptance forms. Checked the details and have accepted. Over the moon. Thanks everyone who advised and helped. Plenty beer! :beer:

hi everyone,
just wondered if anyone can help me,ive posted my ppi templates 2day 2 my 2 local banks who i had/hav loans with and just asking them 4 my original loan agreements,when i get these back and calculate the ppi which i hav been mis sold where do i send the next template asking 4 my ppi back,is it back at my local branch or do these banks hav a head office where u send it 2,if anyone can help that wud b gr8,also claiming back my bank charges from 2001,sending these templates off at the weekend asking 4 the list of all charges,wish me luck and wil keep u all posted,we shud all stick 2gether against these banks who hav been robbing us 4 2 long.
