    Hi Fallenstar.

    Here below is the link to guidelines of reclaiming with the templates, also check on the checklist, if any of them reasons accur to you then write them, if they are not in the list, still add the reasons you may have as well.;)

    They have 8 weeks to respond in full, keep at them until you receive the final response, or until they resolve this for you, they should give details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS) in the final response.

    hi di, max, amersall & pinky ;) long time no see, how you all doing.....looking above, i see that there have been some fantastic results....well done to you recent winners....like i tell everyone, its worth the cost of a stamp just to find out ;)......good luck all...

    di, i have just been looking through all my old docs, i found a loan i had fogot about from a few yrs back.. well, he who dares ;)........now for the price of a stamp i will have a go......what have i got to lose ;)........see all soon.....;)

    hi di my lovely ;).....yep , its time for me to win another one ..its been a little while since i won my last ppi...used it all ....paid some bills, and had a good time ....now i want some more good times..........see soon, just gotta get all my docs together .....then its stamp time ;).........seeya later ;)

    sorry that was my mistake,looking at the letter again it does,nt mention goodwill,it says without admission to liability.
    and it was for more than myself and my son had worked it out to be. so bonus!!

    I have had a letter today from tescos in reply to a complaint for misold ppi They have said because I got the Loan on Line that I do not have a case but I can go to the fos if I do not agree does anyone think is worth it with us getting it on Line . I claimed on the basis that My Husband has had a pre exsisting medical condition. Would value any help ;)
