A claims company got around 12 grand for posting a letter, nice work, do you want to pay me that much for sending your mail?
If you have no records left then no your goldfish complaint is at an end as you can't prove you had it or paid it.
who to claim against.0 -

who to claim against.
The claims company are proving their worth again.
Ensure you have it in writing that the claims company is not dealing with this any more so they can't take even more of your money then ring up barclays and explain you have these records proving you paid it and that you want to complain and do it direct and see what they say. If they won't take it on you will have to try the underwriters of the insurance
As ever this shows why you should never use a CMC as you're having to do all this work despite them supposedly doing it for youSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Between myself and my husband we have managed to claim back almost £8000 from Egg via Barclaycard and Hellifax. Shame it was all earmarked to go towards debt. Now to try for Debenhams now Santander are no longer the ones to claim with. The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

A charge that is something like "overdraft protection" listed as a single extra charge every month (which may vary depending on how big your OD is and how much you use) - it is not, and never will be hiddenSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
