I moaned yesterday that I was still waiting on Tesco Loan's decission 11 weeks after receipt of my PPI claim when I got a letter today.

Tesco Loan have upheld my claim :j:j:j
That's 2 claims upheld, one more outstanding with Barclays :D

Hi folks I'm new to forums so sorry if it sounds strange, I am patiently (not) waiting for a reply rang about 6 times to be told still investigating 8 weeks up next thur, we took a mortgage out with BNP mortgages in 1993 and I found all the paperwork, they charged £1992 to our mortgage and £8.50 a month for 5 years I know this is over the claim time period but I have every single document inc the paperwork that stated Halifax bought them out in 1996 am I right that time scale is not an issue if you have all the documents ??? Which have been copied and forwarded, I would have thought if this claim is unsuccessful we would have well been told by now any help anyone and anyone know ( is we are successful how much do you think we could receive thanks for reading x

That is fab that you have kept the paperwork, which of course will be a big help to your reclaiming, at least they cannot say they no longer hold anything where you do lol.:D;)

Do not worry about the timescale, if you've only recently became aware of the mis selling and whilst digging out your paperwork you realise the mis selling applies to you, then make that clear to them as well.
Only send them "copies" though and not the originals.

Oh congratulations on your win, I'm at week 8 now with Tescos so hiopefuly I wont have to wait much longer...

£7008.73 on 3 loans dating back from 2002.:T
