Lloyds paid out no bother on my loans, without filling out any forms, just one letter but didn't uphold my mortgage ppi complaint. Told them I was not happy with this and are now looking at my complaint again.

Hi, I sent the form in to Black Horse in Feb this year, it was acknowledged a week later. I received a phone call last week asking a few questions ie did I have sick pay, did I have death in service. They sent a letter Saturday and upheld my claim for front loaded PPI..£5,294 wow thankyou moneysaving expert. The forms you provided made it so easy. I am so happy.

Lloyds paid me out after 31 days. I phoned them on day 29 and was told they would rush it through for me. Well done!!! Great win.

I'm at about week 7. The only reason I rang them was that the acknowledgement letter only mentioned the loan complaint and not the credit card. The credit card people have still to give a decision.

I made my sister fill in a form for lloyds tsb 2 weeks ago regarding her credit card. She recieved a letter today for £2,800 which she has accepted. Couldnt have come at a better time as her husband has just been made redundant.
