I must admit I was being pass to various departmernts until I spoke to to someone on the 0871 number.
I spoke to Santander today re loan and credit card because not had acknowledgement after 3 weeks. was informed a letter dated the 19th had been sent to me re loan (acknowledgement) They transfered me to Leeds office because they said store cards would have been put on the system but they dealt with them. Leeds office told me not on system yet and wait another two weeks then contact them again.0 -
Benji58, the Endeavour address and the Lombard ones are correct, you have the Santander and Citi given by others, good luck.0

Our Di knows about Endeavour, wait for her to come on and she may be able to help you with this.
I would contact Endeavour and ask for the paperwork that shows you had no PPI.
They have to have this info to tell you that there is no PPI, there may well be no PPI, but it would be nice to have proof, one way or the other.

Just to let you know I phoned Endeavour today they are sending me a copy of loan agreement. So they must be right no ppi.0 -
Hi chaps, can any of the lovely helpers on here advise me further? Had rejection from RBS for an old MINT c/card due to 'policy was was provided on a non-advised basis......had policy document explaining if it would be suitable....if not, had 30 days to cancel yadda yadda yadda'......apparently we appllied from a mailshot of theirs, we have a copy of the agreement & I even sent them back a copy with my initial letter as it states on the PPI box 'WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE OUT THIS COVER'........but apparently that wasn't specifically aimed at my husband!! It's a 'generic suggestion to ALL customers to consider how they would make repayments if unemployed etc etc'...They enclosed a couple of statements & it shows PPI of £62 on one of them, and as it goes back to 1997, I don't want to just roll over on this one!! Any suggestions on how to respond (although begrudgingly only polite ones!) gratefully received. Ta muchlyKeep Smiling

I have tried 6 different phone numbers for Lombard today, 2 not available anymore. The other 4 have same recorded message and no customer service. Have googled the number for customer service and tried them all. Just wait for the postman.0 -

I am happy to hear that you have now spoken to someone to chase up your complaint.
When I spoke to Santander about both my loan and store cards I was given a ref number for the loan. They said that they were not going to send me an acknowledgement letter because they are investigating my complaint.
When I called the 0871 number about my store card they said that they had not received the questionaire I sent them and that my telephone complaint was also not on the system, but luckly for me the person I spoke to was very helpful and took my complaint again over the phone and provided me with a ref number so fingers crossed they will uphold my complaint. If you need to speak to them again ring the 0871 number this is the store cards ppi complaint number
