  • I recently wrote to RBS saying we were missold ppi on our mortgage (at time we took our mortgage out it was a requirement that we took ppi) They said no we weren't entitled to complain so I went to financial ombudsman who almost straight away got in touch to say that RBS were not willing to admit liability but were willing to repay 6 years of payments which we only paid 7 years so thought it best to say ok which I did and got a nice transfer back into my bank account!!

    Oh Sue well done

    132. x 32 months =4224.00 (sorry thought we were in 2010) bad day at office. plus interest plus 8% nearer 6000. sorry about that. I have based it on how I guestimated my refunds and was near enough to the amount I received.

    Max

    8% on each payment (if 132 pm) from 1/8/2006 = £437

My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. Now she's 97 years old and we don't know where the hell she is.
