This is fine, they now know that you know they were front loaded, this was the PPI on the loan to term end with interest, this is the most upheld of all PPI mis sell

Sky Card (Barclay card)
called Barclay card to lodge my PPI complaint on 20 Feb
On monday 19th March received letter to let me now that they were refunding all my premiums plus interest, total of £687.62
Money in my bank account yesterday Thursday 22nd March :j
Mint Card (RBS)
Called Mint beginning of December to lodge my complaint
16 February received letter from RBS making me an offer of £5,138.91
Received cheque today :j

If the loan is still running have they reset the loan and if you had the cash back have they given you options of what to do with the redress?.

I must say thank you to Martin, and the others here that have propmted me to chase MBNA for my money!

I got a letter back this morning offering me £4990, about half of which was PPI repayment, the other half Interest.

I am as my username says, a VERYHAPPYCHAPPY !

Add this to the tax rebate also claimed thanks to this site, and energy savings too, and my finances are much healthier!
