I was just thinking (can you smell burning) LOL. How do these claim management companies get your money back for you in 3 weeks? Is there another catch apart from the fees?0

Loans or if the ppi will have been paid monthly
Many Thanks
When you paid the loan, did you make one monthly payment. or did you pay 2?, if you paid one then it is front loaded.0 -

They can not get it back any quicker than yourself, it's all b******t to get you on board. Once they have you on board it's 25% + vat minimum on everything that that one complaint brings up :mad:Successes
Sainsbury's/BOS £6,400 Paid
MBNA £3,600 Paid0 -

They can not go any faster than the bank will do the claim, some banks are quick and you get the money fast, some do not, they will tell people anything to reel them in, give a claim to me and i will complete and have the money in your bank in a week;)
They are liars, just like me:D:D and not to be trusted

My Loan was 25k over seven years with Nat West, It was taken to Re finance my debts. My first point is that Nat West advised me to take this Loan and didnt expain the ppi to me.
I had Been in full time employement for 12 years and would have received Full sick pay from my company for any period of time.
Indeed i had a major operation where my company paid me in full and i didnt claim on my insurance.
Do i have a decent claim for mis sold innsurance and what record Do Nat West have in paying claims without going to the Obnudsman.
Many Thanks
If you were mis sold then they will redress without the FOS.
Did you make one loan payment to this and not 2?, if you only made the one monthly payment then this is front loaded ppi, a loan on a loan that you pay to term end with interest, this is the most upheld of all ppi claims.0 -

Just had a letter from Nationwide to say my PPI from a loan taken out in 2006 would be refunded + 8% interest, really pleased with the outcome, all it took was one letter and about 3 weeks0

I'm happy to say that I wrote 3 letters for my Mum 5 weeks ago to MBNA, HBOS and Sainsburys. Put simply, she had a heart attack 15 years ago and was not informed about the pre-existing limitations during any of the sales.
MBNA came back within 3 weeks, upholding the complaint and offering full refund plus interest.
HBOS came back within 4 weeks - full refund plus interest
Now just waiting for Sainsburys - I know how busy the complaints teams must be, so am really surprised at the turnaround for the first 2 - happy to wait the full 8 weeks for the final one to come through.
Needless to say - I am Mum's favourite right now!0 -
Any ideas how long LLYODS take to pay up? xx0
