PPI Reclaiming successes and failures

Our 12 weeks are up tomorrow but not heard anything....

we are claiming the RBS credit card....should we have has an offer before now?

:j Have had a response from M&S money regarding PPI reclaim for personal loan which was one of 4 consolidated loans. Previously ( 2009) successfully claimed £3.300 on my current loan. Realised that this was one of several consolidated loans and so I sent off a claim regarding previous loans. Complaint upheld and had an offer today for £3321. Acceptance letter duly signed and sent off. keep at em folks :j

I had an account with HSBC which i closed around 20003 i was told about the ppi reclaim so i decided to do a letter knowing that i knew no account details copy of the letter

You need to ring the company and HSBC and ask what the hold up is, this should have been dealt with to conclusion by now.
Ask them what you are paying them for.
