It will probably be sent on to Bank of Scotland but it doesn't take long. I had a reply from BOS within 8 days confirming they had received it, good luck ;)

Thank you for this Dilus. As I say it's just been one of these days and brain is not engaging.

One piece of good news today from RBS. They upheld 1 of my cc reclaims although from 1999 not 1992 as requested due to time passed.
Thanks again. Much appreciated at you taking the time

To be honest if it wasn't for reading this forum and all the great advice that has been given out by yourself and others (as well as being able to ask questions without feeling stupid) I probably wouldn't have attempted to reclaim. But so glad I have!!

You and I both terence13, only joined myself in August last year, the help and advice is fantastic and a lot of people helped me with my successes. I'm all out of complaints now so just repaying a debt that I didn't mind having ;)
Everything I have learned about the subject is from this forum and a lot of very helpful, knowledgeable people (they know who they are) Glad to be of assistance, it's the least I can do :)

I got my offer letter on 4th December and I'm still waiting!!!!! Am going to chase again today. I ended up writing an e-mail to the CEO and did get a call the next day and the bloke said that the wait was unacceptable and he would look into it and get back to me, well it's been a week now so I'm going to call him today - he left me his number.
