Not sure if this is the correct forum. By I had my car on fiat finance with payment insurance. I have just had a letter to say it is now changing to credit protection insurance. So I have looked at the original paperwork and think that the insurance might be front loaded because it states the amount of credit for the insurance and the amount payable below and its an extra £500 does this mean this is interest on the insurance and do I have a possible claim?

Sorry found the correct forum now
  • Back in 2007 my partner and i took out a substantial loan (£505,000) to refurbish an old barn. The bank suggested a 'business' loan and for this we paid extortionate insurance monthly. We sold the property in June 2009 and paid back the loan. Are we able to reclaim any PPI on a business loan?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Also, has anyone ever used PPI claim companies successfully and could you recommend one?

If you have reasons for mis sell, then you can put a claim in.
Look here for reasons for mis sell
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/rec...loan-insurance
Write to the bank giving reasons for mis sell, put a stamp on,take a walk to the post office and send it off, give them 2 weeks to give you an acknowledgement and 6 weeks after for a final response.

Now to a company that can help you,you do the above, you win redress, the company take a % of the win plus vat.
What scenario are you going to go with?.

Claims co MSE for free,or a claims co from the phone book or tv advert?.

Put your claim in and take it from there.
