Hi
Really not sure what to do and could do with some help. I know that I have paid PPi in the past as I remember asking for it to be stopped as I needed to save money and was increasing my payments. Can't remember asking for it in the first place. The problem I have is that over the years I have had a number of loans or credit cards - most of which are paid off. The current debt is more recent so would not have had PPi on - I think. Anyway my issue is that I can't remember which loans or CC's I paid the PPi on and don't have all of my previous account details. What can I do and is it worth trying???0 -

Hi,if you paid any of these loans through Direct Debit, then get in touch with your bank and ask if they can give you details of all DD to your account,if they can the account numbers will be at the side of each payment you made.
If this does not get you anywhere, you could phone the banks and credit card companies and ask if they still have your details,if they say they do not, then you need to fill a SAR in.

This will cost you £10 for each bank, they will then give you any info they hold on you.
I am sure if anyone else knows other ways of getting details, they will post and let you know.0 -
Hi
Has anyone recently claimed PPI back against Goldfish? I don't think they exist anymore and I don't have any old account details. Any suggestions who to contact?
Thanks0 -
Hi did you only claim pre ticked box so unfair way of selling or was there something else to support your claim. I sent mine yesterday and your result gives me high hopes as my online application was feb 2003
Hi Did you still have copies of your agreement or did you request it and if so does it show box ticked re PPi etc.

Another success in our household today Yey!!
Not many people have posted success from a capital one credit card, but we have had our complaint upheld!
My Fiance requested his credit agreement, received a reconstituted one with a photocopy of his signature page, showing only his signature, no other info, it had been blanked out!! We then requested his sars, which showed nowhere him requested ppi.
Put in a formal complaint at the end of November, using thequestionnaire from this website. Today received an offer for just over £2000, cheque will arrive within 21 days.
Thanks again moneysavingexpert £7500 received back so far in our house.0
