    Clearly NOT!! :rotfl:

The post was written early hours this morning, although because I had been out celebrating on the Saturday night, I clearly felt it was still the same day!!

So cheques received Saturday AM, deposited, waiting to clear :T

I feel we have defo been worked over. We had no choice to take the ppi as my husband was s/e and they siad we couldn't have the loan if we didn't take it. At the time we needed the loan so went ahead but felt under lots of presure at the time. The ppi was over 10yrs and was alot of money.....:mad::mad::mad:

I maybe wrong but I thought if you were self employed PPI wasn't valid anyway?? so therefore a miss sell... Maybe someone here could clarify.....

Cazza I am under the same understanding as you, a work mate had his claim up help as he was self employed , he was with against TSB within 6 weeks he had a reply he's now just waiting on the 17k merry Xmas.

Keep on it I think as more and more people try then they will turn more and more away.
  • Claim Three - M&S Money ( two old loans ) 14k - Used template letter posted three months ago by recorded delivery. Offer accepted and sent by return post this Saturday. They say payment in 28 working days...watch this space!

Just hope I get a result now against Yorkshire Bank ;-)

As I said in my original post last week my sucess is due to this site which gave me the confidence to reclaim without using an agent. Debt free Christmas a holiday ( not with Tommy Cook ) and maybe a new kitchen on the horizon ( says her who must be obeyed ).

Spread the word and make sure we ALL get what was conned out of us by the greedy bankers.
  • Some Fantastic news!

After having the run around on a PPI claim, with numerous acceptance letters going missing, I E-mailed Pamela Thomas at Barclays on Tuesday to tell her of the nightmare we were having with our claim.

She e-mailed straight back, apologising for the extended wait, and said she would personally work on getting our cheques sent out within 7 working days.

Well...she e-mailed on Friday, to say she had the cheques and would be putting them in the post that day.

Lo and behold, they arrived today on the door mat!! Straight in the bank.

    One down, one to go!

    Thanks for all the support
