Some good news from loans.co.uk, 1 letter sent 15 jan, first reply saying give us 4 weeks received 17 jan, letter received friday saying they are upholding my complaint in my favour, get the lender to cancel the ppi and have the outstanding amount refunded to the loan, and i will have a cheque for what i have already paid, plus interest paid, plus 8% interest courts would award within a month, requested it be paid direct into my bank account, and they were fine with that!! Loans.co.uk seem to be one of the better ones to deal with! 1 very happy reclaimer!

My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. Now she's 97 years old and we don't know where the hell she is.

hi, i have had a letter from halifax stating they are going to pay out on my claim for mis selling, and i should hear within a month. Does anyone know how long it generally takes from getting this letter to getting your money?

    thanks

    Hi hun

Well done :T Congratulations  .

Really 28 days is ample time (month say) if you do not hear by then, its best to get in touch or even write to them, if you keep us posted on this nearer the time we can try to help, but hope you receive this sooner rather than later.;)
