Email the CEO ... and put him/her in the picture and then wait to see what they come back with. You have won your case and you will get paid at some point, really maddening when you want to settle the loan as you say, stick with it and put some pressure on the CEO ;)
    Congrats BTW :)
I found a website that listed CEO contacts (Tried to post link but i'm a newbie) and felt great. Then i came across a news report that said LloydsTSB CEO was on the sick due to fatigue and then i felt that all familiar 'i've hit a dead end' feeling all over again. Fatigue... Fatigue... Are you serious. Email send all the same using the tops tips from the CEO website.
Thank you for the advice. I know deep down cancelling the DD is daft, but like you said its sooo frustrating, its the only action i can think of that will get a reaction. I have been on the phone for hours dealing with this from the start to now... Cancelling the DD will have them phoning me... ARRRGGGHH!!!

Oh no might have guessed it was Lloyds :(:(:( Sounds like you have done all you can at your end apart from email your MP and ask them to write to Lloyds on your behalf, worth a shot ;) If they agree ask them to keep copies of any correspondence. All I can suggest :(

  • Hi first of all well done to all winners and fingers crossed for those waiting.
My request is for email addresses for the following if anyone has them:
    Capital one CC PPI complaints
Welcome Finance (not FSCS though was before 2005)
Future mortgages (believe this is now citifinancial)
    Barclaycard CC

The reason is that I have sent off complaints and not yet had a response from any of them
    Any help would be appreciated
IF HIND SIGHT WAS FORESIGHT WOULD I STILL NEED TO GO TO THE OPTICIANS???

Just thought I'd post my success with my PPI claim with Co-ooperative Bank. (credit card)
I put my complaint in on 9th September 2011 and got a letter with redress amount on 4th November. Just accepted their offer of £4568.:T
I've not posted much on here but have watched many posts and it has encouraged me to go ahead with the claim.
I've just sent another one to Barclays Bank, hopefully will have success with them too.
Good Luck to anyone making a claim.
