  • I don't know if this is the correct way to say that thanks to you, I have received about an £8000,00 refund from the Bank of Scotland this month. It has been a long wait, I downloaded the letters from your site in November 2007. At first they sent a letter refusing to admit they had misold me protection insurance for several loans. They told me by phone I was welcome to apply thru' the ombudsman, which I did using your template letters resulting in the return of £8000.00 pounds.
I can't thank you enough Martin, the refund could not have come at a better time.
Now to get after the credit card companies for the same thing, I hope the outcome is as successful.
    thanks again Martin,
    Catriona Reilly.
