You would need to send an SAR off to Barclays, do you still have the account number?
An example of an SAR letter to send is on the opening page of this PPI reclaiming section.

    Hi there

Your not stupid, it something we all ask when going through this sort of thing.

I'm sure Pinknico will be back later, but if you check out the threads, you will see a thread "SAR template", this is a Subject Access request, if you request for this, they should supply all the info they have on you going back as far as 6 years, sometimes you may even receive data going back even earlier, but 6 years is the main here in them supplying everything they have on you.

You enclose a cheque or postal order payment of £10, they have 40 days to comply, post by recorded delivery.
You may and should receive info for when you had taken out any credit if this was over the last 6 years, which could come in handy for a complaint to support your case.

The details of the SAR are included with on the SAR thread, if you need any help just give us a yell, good luck.;)

    Good luck Claire.;)

Yes I can understand that in regards to the FSCS, I also have one in with them about another company though, been waiting for approx 8 months, it all takes time but hopefully all of our cases will be resolved sooner rather than later.;) :A The money I know would come in handy to clear some debts.;)
