:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: HI EV 1,YES I WAS DEFO MIS-SOLD BECAUSE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WE BOTH SIGNED FIRST MY HUBBY THEN ME,JUST RECENTLY IVE COME OUT OF WORK AND I LOOKED INTO THE AGGREMENT ABOUT THE PROTECTION AND WOULD YOU BL**** BELIEVE IT I WASNT COVERED MY HUBBY WAS BECAUSE IN VERY SMALL PRINT RITE AT THE BOTTOM IT SAID ONLY THE FIRST NAMED PERSON IS THE ONLY ONE COVERED,NOT ONLY THAT AT THE TIME MY HUSBAND WAS SELF EMPLOYED AND STILL IS SO WEVE BEEN PAYING AN EXTRA £61 for 3 years FOR SOMETHING THAT WOULDNT OF BEEN ANY BL**** BENIFIT IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM.WE HAVE SPOKE ABOUT THIS CANT GET OVER HOW MUCH WE HAD BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THEM,THEY KNEW WHAT MINE AND MY HUSBANDS JOBS WERE CANT GET OVER IT HOW QUICK ON THE DAY THAT THE SALES PERSON WANTED MY HUSBAND TO SIGN FIRST??LIKE I SAID PREVIOUS THEY WAS REGULATED AT THE TIME WE PURCHESED THE CAR IN SEPT 2005 SO I THINK IT STILL COVERS US TO PUT IN A COMPLAINT TO THE FSA AND HOPEFULLY GET THIS MONEY BACK.....

Oh dear, it does seem you have been ripped off big time here, and I would complain to them by using the procedures on here:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

There is a template letter on the link, but try to use your own words, and obviously give your own reasons as well, and any in the link list.

They have 8 weeks to respond in full, write to them until they resolve this and if they do not by the time you have exhausted their complaint procedures, they should let you know who you can complain to, like the financial ombudsman for example.

If you let us know how you get on we can help further if required, post by recorded delivery as well.
