customercare took a couple of days to respond, after the third email they didnt reply at all, ceo took a couple of days but only ever had 1 email from him, after the first email he never responded, and andrea emailed back the next day,
sent endless emails to customercare and ceo, they just dont reply, besides they always say the same..... to ring as no information can be given over an email cause of the data act, or whatever0 -

I've had a case with them since August 2009 and now waiting on payments. I've been chasing them everyday, but to no avail. They say they have recruited other people, but I can't see me getting my payment by 2nd November.0 -
anybody got any updates with regards to RBS , Im aware of the extra 4 week delay, just wondering regardless of that whether anyone has received a payment around its normal due date !!!

I've been chasing mine everyday. My payment is due on 2nd November, but like many I had a letter re: 4 week delay.
I have 4 cases and they have only calculated one, so I don't think I'll get mine by 2nd some how.
They have advised me it isn't as easy as pressing a button as they require an audit trail. They also said they have recruited new staff and working around the clock.
I'll be calling again tomorrow.0
