Well Done on your claim. :j

My credit card calculations where dated the 8th September and I have still not received any cheques through the post you are so lucky to get your cheque.

Obviously Lloyds haven't put your money on the credit card then which is good!.

Just hope mine turn up soon the money will come in rather handy for next year!!.

Also did you phone the PPI line to get an answer about when your cheque was to arrive?

    Thanks for your post!.
    Hi Maz,

thanks. yes i called them late last week and was told that the credit card ppi repayments were up to date and the only reason I hadnt been paid was that (despite them telling me they were paying by cheque) they had tried to pay the money into a dormant lloyds account. I was told to wait until the end of this week and if not received to call back. I don't know why they are saying that the credit card payments are up to date when you have obviously been waiting longer than me. hope you get this resolved soon. Best of luck

That was quick and a great result. Just put one in for my husband and hope it is as speedy as yours. Could I ask you what reasons you gave for the misselling and was it for a loan or a credit card.

I just want to say a big thank you to all the kind and helpful people who post on this forum, you are all stars.

I put in a complaint to LTSB on 12th May, i was told I had 3 loans and they would let me know the outcome.I also complained about the P.P.I on my mortgage. I received a letter on 26th August saying they would uphold the loan claims, but they could not find evidence of me having P.P.I on my mortgage even though I had it on all my mortgages I have ever had with them. I presumed these loans were the further advance we took out for our house extension in 2005, when I asked LTSB nobody could give me this information and although i had P.P.I on the further advance it was attached to my mortgage and there was not a single bit of info on the agreement about P.P.I. At this time my Grandad was really poorly and needed nursing until he died so I never followed this up. Every few weeks I would phone LTSB to see why this was taking so long but never got any real answers. Last week somebody on here posted the CEO's email so I decided to send him an e-mail and also to customer service, within 2 days I had received a Phone call and was told I should get an offer in about 2 weeks. Today i received an offer of £2819, at first I was not at all pleased until i looked at the dates, this was from loans from 2003 and 2009. I got straight on the phone again to LTSB to see about the further advance, the lady said I needed to copy my mortgage document and send it in. 5 mins later she rang me back to say she had just found on my account that they have looked into my Mortgage account again and found P.P.I and would be paying out as priority, she even gave me the name and phone number of the lady dealing with my account, to say i was happy would be an understatement, finally there is light at the end of the tunnel. I then found an e-mail from Andrea Barry via the CEO stating much the same thing and that they would be sending a final figure and a check quite soon. I will post on here as soon as I receive my final figure.

I would advise anybody wanting answers off LTSB to e-mail the CEO
