    Received the refund into my account from HFC/Endeavour yesterday £2619.00 and I have a further £250.00 to be paid into my account anytime as well for the distress and inconvenience.:beer:

    The Marksman, that is a lovely thing you done :T:T, and strangely enough I donated yesterday to Cancer Research as well, as you know both my mum, youngest sister and my dad went through cancer all at the same time.:T:T

    Very chuffed on your success honey, again well done! :beer::A xx

    Excellent news, Di.

    May I ask how long from when HFC received your acceptance to when you received payment actually was in the end?

    Thank you so much xx:A:beer::A

    Basically they kept to their word, it taken 28 days from when they received my acceptance, however, because they gave me the wrong information since 2007/08 was the reason they did so, because with been given misleading info I told them I was taking it further to the FSA and so on, and they upheld as a goodwill gesture so I could close the case, I am so chuffed.:T:T

  • Hi

    Just thought i'd post an update as I'm always here looking for other peoples updates.

    I'm on my 28th working day today waiting on my cheque from RBS for £8014, received a nice letter this morning telling me they were behind and thanking me for my patience blah blah, but it does say it could take up to another 4 weeks!!!!!!:(

    Got the same letter this morning too.
    It probably took longer to print, fold and post the letter than it would to give the refund.
