Hi I have a question about PPI, my OH had three credit cards all with the Bank of Scotland all had PPI all at the same time.
They were different cards though. Is this Fraud selling three lots of PPI to one person from the same company?
He has had a calculation letter dated 15/09/2011 he has been ringing them up regarding his payment, the calculations were up to 05/10/2011.He sent hisacceptance form back 26/08/2011
He keeps being told your cheque will be with you soon, after numerous phone calls to them BOS i said to him pls email the CEO.
He said it might hold the money up.
Can someone help please, we could really do with the money ?
    Thanks in advance
    Congrats to all winners :T

    Hiya

    Well done on your success!

I am really not sure about the matter on the separate accounts to be honest, but you could contact the FSA and ask if this is right, maybe they offer different deals if you know what I mean, but worth checking out just in case.;)

In my opinion an email to the CEO does no harm, nor should it hold back any refund, if the CEO are notified its only right that customers are treated fairly and not to push them back in the queue.
Of course that is just my opinion, but I don't see no harm to be honest, good luck and hope you receive your money soon, fingers crossed.:) xx

Im not 100% sure but i dont think that is fraud as each ppi would be classed as a seperate policies and each card would have needed that.

as to when your redress would be made as a rule of my own, id take the date of the accetance letter and add 7 days to return & then 28 working days on top, before Id chase them up and emailing the CEO i shouldnt think would slow it up or sadly speed it up but an option to explore if you feel they are taking too long! ;)

Come down on them like a ton of bricks hon, and tell them your also thinking about contacting the FSA for not being treated fairly as a valued customer of the business.

Its the same one (CEO) as lloyds going by checking this out, click on the link below and the CEO email is on top of page, good luck xx;)
