had a good response from lloyds-tsb.
so far anyways,just waiting on payment like so many others.

i did all this for my mam whom had a few loans over the years with lloyds.

obviously this is all ppi on the loans.

got letter last thursday 14/11.

and there was good news my mam is now getting back £16,556.00.



now im just waiting on barclays payouts for me mam no word on how much just yet.

Well done you :T we need to stand up to Lloyds as I don't know how they are getting away with it. How did you contact your MP?..

I am to fed up with waiting and with no answer of when we will receive our payments.

It seems there are a lot of us on here waiting maybe if we all complained together we might get a result. Just hope we get our money before Christmas.

Please post if you hear anything from them!!.

Hi there, thanks for the support, i emailed him and 2 days later i had an email back saying he will agree to help me, i have to forward him the offer letter and the email saying they would pay me within 28 working days, (i am now at 40 working days!!!)

Awesome news! Any possibility of you sharing the Manager of Complaints email address?
I called HFC today, as my 28 days of waiting are up only to be told that the money will be in my account 'in ten days'......

RBS PPI refund received today - at last!

Although I have to check my paperwork when I get home as the amounts seem different to those on the letter.

Rang FP today and got an extremely helpful lady who really looked at everything and said the time for cheques to arrive after they have received signed acceptance (on their system which seems to take one week regardless of when you post it or how), will be 6-8 weeks and not before.

Hi all,

I sent my letter of complaint to Barclays on 07/07/2011 regarding misold PPI on a paid up loan, had received a couple of letters telling me that they are looking into it and will get back to me by 02/11/11. On 11/10/2011 I received a letter from Barclays upholding my complaint, they have been through my whole account, they have even looked into a loan I had back in 2002 and also contacted Barclaycard on my behalf to check for PPI miselling there. They tell me the matter has now been passed onto the Complaints Resolution Team who will contact with me within 40 working days, I have been given an estimated redress figure for my loans of £11,251.33, pretty accurate for an estimate I thought.

Looking forward to getting the money in my account and finally clearing off my Credit Card, and with any luck receiving money from Barclaycard if they uphold that claim.
