I wonder if there is a pattern here - was your loan a Natwest or RBS loan?
Some people seem to be being paid before the 28 working days, others long after.
I'm on working day 19 - Natwest loan.
My acceptance letter was received by them on the 21st of September.
I had another acceptance letter for a seperate loan which they received on the 2nd of October (despite being sent a week earlier)
Wonder which will be paid first!!
It was interesting actually - the first letter I sent back in my own envelope and was logged as being received just a couple of days later. The second I sent in their Pre Paid (albeit 2nd class) this was a logged a week later! I am sure 2nd class isn't that slow!
My loan was with RBS. As have posted before I had three loans with RBS and claimed on all three last Aug in same envelope. The two smaller ones were paid out in Dec but this larger one - same letter, same reasons and circumstances - has mysteriously been delayed. I am waiting for over £22,000 which they obviously don't want to part with.0 -

exact same date.... every day another email goes to CEO and another phone call is made, ive never had a response from emails to CEO though (nor a bounceback so i know he is getting them) i get told different info all the time ive been told 3 weeks ive been told 8 weeks, 10 weeks before the end of the year, the last call was that they are currently working towards claims from the middle of august and they are working overtime to get through the back log (bullsh*t) its just weird i have not seen any posts regarding a cheque winner anyone who has succeeded with lloyds has been BACS im getting a bit worried now cause this cash is whats gonna fund my childrens xmas
Mine is the same date as well !!! I had another pay out from them but that went straight into my bank account ..this time they are sending a cheque ? I spoke to LLoyds this morning who have told me it will be a few more weeks as they are so inundated with all the claims ..... funny how when they want their money they get it and when its role reversed we have to wait ..... If they are that snowed under when it takes 35 minutes to answer the phone ..there are plenty of people needing jobs !! Rant Over0 -

They say they have had a a letter from FSCS to investigate...No one at home on Sat when I rang or at FSCS head quarters...will ring today - Deloitte said in letter if I don't get all the things they want to them in 10 days they may close the case (who made that rule up as it may take 40 days to get SAR from Paragon) - delay tactics me thinks - will ring FSCS first tomorrow and find out more - ONWARDS and UPWARDS
See if they will give you more time.0 -

Well heard back from M&S Money this was a store card taken out in 2004 after initial rejecting my complaint i asked them to reconsider based upon i never received a copy of the terms on my agreement ppi was not ticked this was added on by them and also i could claim from my company for 6 months full pay 6 months half pay, and get what they have upheld my claim however im not sure on the calcs!
PPI Redress £621.85
Contractual Interest £124.62
8% Statutory Intrest £8.18
Total Offer £754.65
I think the contactual interest is very low along with the 8% anyone have an idea what it should be or whether these figures are correct before i accept.
the card was taken in 2005 card rate 18.9% apr on purchases paid ppi for 3 years till 2008 when it was entered onto a dmp.,someone who can explain this better will be along i am sure.:D
:T:TWell done on your win though :j0 -

Have you emailed the CEO? You should put your story on Watchdog too. This is fast becoming a joke now.
My hubby is the same...claim been in since jan 2010....got upheld at the begining of july 2011..accepted august & still waiting..you name it, we have done it, rang constantly, sent several emails to the ceo...all to no avail ..they state they have up until the 22nd October 2011 now...they move the goal post every week!!:( xx oh and he went with a cmc, who i have emailed several times too as they are doing nothing...it is us who is constantly chasing this up..they are sitting back as they know they will be paid regardless!! :-( xx

Hi all,
Got sold PPI by Barclaycard when I became self employed in 1996. Last Aug. saw Martin on the box and found out it was not applicable to me so I stopped it and complained. got a claims form, filled it in returned it and have just recieved £34,090:00. (Estimated premiums, they only have records going back 6 years, mine go back 10. + interest, card rates. +8% PA) long wait but worth it.0 -
