Well done and Congratulations to all today's winners! :T:beer::j:T:beer::jThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
None of the letters i've had have email or a name funnily enough, the only one that seems to be widely known is Stephen.Hester@rbs.co.uk who of course is the CEO.
Well I have emailed the big cheese, not that I expect a reply of course. Just because it helps a little bit of stress be relieved.
I am in danger of wearing out my phones redial button!0 -

I didnt send any acceptance forms, I had a letter dated 14th September detailing my redress and it just said that payment would be made into my bank within 40 working days. Cant believe they paid it before the 40 days were up!0 -

I want to find out whether I can stop paying my debt to them whilst they attend to paying me my redress and pay off the debt I do owe them, I can save £100 a month whilst I wait for the rest of the money, or do I just leave it till I get it all and safe in their hands(ha)Thanks to all the competition posters.0 -

Just giggling here in work as is my workmate. Had a phonecall there to my mobile saying we are not trying to sell you anything, but have you heard about PPI reclaiming? I said well yes indeed I have, I have successfully managed to reclaim PPI 4 times, without the help or assistance of companies such as yourselves who are bleeding people dry!!! She hung up pretty sharpish!!!

I just tried ringing through to them too.

I assume they never picked up for you too? I am going to use the payment to pay my existing loan off as well.0
