    i.e if its Joe Bloggs
    Their email will be:joe.bloggs@lloydsbanking.com

You really need to be patient and stop stressing  Halifax told me my payment process had been started on 21st September and I'm waiting here (patiently :rotfl:). I'm giving them 4 weeks before I call again.

  • Thank you Money Saving expert!

I received a cheque for £4,200 in the post this weekend from Egg. I wasn't expecting to get anywhere with the claim, but kept with it and look at the result.

Just waiting for Lloyds TSB and MBNA now!
  • Hello - here's another success story!

I read Martin's guide on reclaiming PPI and finally got round to writing to HSBC - when I took out my graduate loans (3 in total, each one "paying off" the last) I was told that taking out the insurance would help with my application.

4 weeks after I sent the letter they sent a reply saying they would deal with it within 16 weeks of my orginial letter (they had been given an extension becuase of the amount of enquiries they were getting), they also sent me the FO questionnaire, but I had already sent one of them in so I ignored it.

Then, just under 4 months after I first contacted them, I got a letter saying they were prepared to pay me back the full PPI amounts on each loan plus interest! £1,800 was paid into my account two weeks ago!

If anyone is hesistating, don't! It cost me the price of two stamps and I got everything (plus interest) back - it's worth taking the time to fill out the form - promise!!

    Hello,

I have received 2 acceptance letters which I returned and were received by RBS (Natwest loan) on the 21st of September.
I received another letter of acceptance, and a further rejection letter (total 4 loans).
I have tried calling and calling the PPI number for RBS to see if they have received my 3rd acceptance letter but still no reply.
    Just rings out

Has anyone had any success with receiving their money before the 28 WORKING days?

I am still holding out on replies from MBNA and Halifax at the moment too. Those letters went of 3 weeks ago, so still a bit of wait.

Any success replies would be marvellous.

    Thanks everyone :T
