well recieved my money in my account from welcome finance on friday. This was from loans in 2003 and 2004 . So anyone with loans from this date you need to claim through welcome finance direct in Nottingham . Hope this helps anyone out there

Thanks for that. Dont want to build up hopes, but barclaycard are doing some work on their website today tomorrow and tuesday. It is unavailable at certain times. My wait will be 40 working days tuesday (they received my returned the offer August 10) so maybe they are starting to move money over, I do hope so it is all frustrating. Cross everything you have all. Lets hope for a successful week.

So basically they are saying as you settled early on each loan, one to pay off the other, this is the full amount of the whole 15 loans.

When you settle a loan, you should receive back all the premiums you have actually paid, interest also paid on each monthly payment, and 8% interest, so they should calculate each one the same as the FOS calculation guidelines.

When you settle a loan, they may have also reduced the balance of each one on settlement which is part of the ppi, so the remaining of it plus interest should be refunded directly to you.

And if taken one loan out to pay for another, I assume the ppi would also be carried over to the next.

If they have not provided you with a detailed breakdown, I would ask them to send you one.

When does all these loans date from?

They date from 1999 to 2005. They sort of explained about the breakdown on the phone but I did not really understand what they meant. Thanks for you comments:rotfl:

put in a claim to lloy,about 8 week's ago for ppi on one credit card,and recieved my offer letter on 26/9/11 £12073.23:),bit of a shock as i thought i was owed about 2 grand,so now in the process on hunting out all other CC and loans iv had with PPI.anyone know how long before i recieve payment,it states on the letter that it will be paid straight into my bank account:)

Hi just wondering if anyone has had payment from Lloyds TSB? and how long it took from signed acceptance? Im so angry as we signed and returned our acceptance on 27th Aug and rung them about a week later and they said it had been recieved, called on friday for an update to be told they only have it logged from 20th september and thaat the 8 wks will begin from then! So just wondering if its likely to be the full stretch thnks

I had my redress calculations letter dated 16th sept on 22nd sept saying ill have cash within 28 days of date of letter. My calculations were done till oct 13th and when I spoke to them today they said my claim was processed on 20th of sept. Does anyone have an idea when I should recieve the cheque? Its for a VERY nice sum so just want it now

Anyone any idea on payment times from Santander, I posted my acceptance back to them last Tuesday with my account details, am I right in assuming they pay be electronic transfer or is it by BACS.
Still waiting on B/card about 14 days now, so much for them expediating (sp) my payment!!

They received my acceptence back on 2nd September so i am hoping it won't be long now, there are people who have already received theirs who sent them back around the same time, just fed up of waiting now i spoke to them last week and they were not helpful at all just told me to either wait until it come in the post or call everyday to keep checking.........
