Yeah same here, keep getting fobbed off with "we are unable to provide dates but will be in touch in due course" They won't even tell me if they have started the calculations or not yet :mad:0 -

Me too! Exactly the same dates - were you with lloyds?
I spoke to a really nice lady last week - she said they are running a bit behind, but my calculations were to 13th October and she said that payment may be delayed but we were taking a week as opposed to a month.
Im more interested in getting the correct balance on my loan once its off!

After 45 minutes finally got through the LloydsTSB. On 9th August I got a letter from LloydsTSB after the FOS complaint accepting liability. It's now 3rd October and no payment recieved so rang them to find out what's happening. I was told 'Missed off the spreadsheet - so only just added back and payment won't be for another month'.
If I owed them over £11,000 I am absolutely certain I would have debt collectors calling, interest added daily, letters @ £12.50 a time arriving daily and telephone harrasment.
I know I got 8% added but that was back at the start of August.
NatWest agreed PPI refund a week after LloydsTSB and I got that a month ago, so I'm none too happy.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do?
Thanks in advance.

Anyone any idea on payment times from Santander, I posted my acceptance back to them last Tuesday with my account details, am I right in assuming they pay be electronic transfer or is it by BACS.
Still waiting on B/card about 14 days now, so much for them expediating (sp) my payment!!
Hi Lynk, after receiving my offer and then sending my bank details to them, It was paid exactly a week later, it went straight into my bank account..so hopefully you should receive it soon..and it was a Friday.
You should phone them and find out

After being on hold for almost 45 minutes.......
I finally get to speak with someone, I ask them the progress on my claim, they received my acceptance letter on the 17th August, man from Lloyds...
' Oh it seems your claim has been overlooked I will e-mail them straightaway '
Me..
' so the calculations STILL havent been done '
Man from Lloyds..
' No I will e-mail them now, should take a couple of weeks to get your redress '
Whaaaaaaaaaat!!!! Yet when I have rang in the past I get some snooty so and so telling me..
' You really dont need to ring, you will know when you receive your letter '
Whaaaaaaaaaaat!!! Do they offer some kind of 'goodwill' payment if they've 'overlooked' your claim does anybody know??
Thanks guys and good luck!!0 -

Yeah I'm with Loyds, I just want my cash now I put my claim in back in May. When I rang today they said it had been processed on the 20th but couldnt tell me if the cheque had been sent. I'm sure if I owed them £9300 they would be hounding me!! But fingers crossed its soon0 -
Hi,my complaint was on a Halifax Total Mortgage Protection Policy;
Date complaint submitted:09/05/11
Date of Halifax's 'Complaint Upheld' letter:26/08/11
Date you sent your acceptance letter / form:03/09/11
Date Halifax confirmed the total redress amount (and how they did it):*30/09/11 and amended by phone on 03/10/11 *(see below)
Date you recieved redress payment (and how was it paid):Told it'll be 'within 30 days'
*I received a letter on Friday saying i would be receiving a cheque for £4493.90. This was in respect to the PPI in my Total Mortgage Protection Policy. But i rang to query,as i had been offered redress for "ALL TMPP PREMIUMS" and this included Life Cover and Critical Illness Cover as well.
Got a phone call today, apologising for the error and stating that i would now be refunded £8325.15 :T0
