    Nope!!!!

You did state you used fast track not my fault you explainning this now. You also had the same adjudicator as DI
Yes but we are not eligible for fast tracking. That is the difference dreamer33. We DID NOT have ours fast tracked. We had asked and assumed we had been accepted but it was only given priority cause there was no adjudication needed. FOS told us that as the bank had made a "goodwill gesture" admitting nothing then they do not have a "black mark" against them. I have not explained this NOW. I explained it some months ago quite a few times.

Why the fuss about fast tracked? You asked to be, you were turned down.
Would you have been making a fuss if you hadn't been turned down?

There is nothing wrong for applying for fast track thats what it is there for.
You have even recommended it to a person in ill health and they were successful.

There's no fuss about being fast tracked, Marshallka has never said she has a problem with fast tracking, just with posters getting their facts right.

I am not making a "fuss" about fast tracked but noticed my name had been mentioned as being "elegible". But I do have my opinion on it and am quite entitled to it. I was turned down "yes" but really cannot see how my situtation is any better or worse than others. Fast tracking should be for "terminally ill and house reposessions" only (although the latter can be cause of how you actually spend your money!! so I would say again that this would have to be through no fault of your own and very extreme circumstances). I think ALL should wait in the queue like Natalie says. We all have problems and some bigger than others, that is life but it is annoying how some seem to get it and others not and I would like to know how this is worked out.

Dreamer33 mentioned di got the fast track. Now Di has her own reasons why and i wondered how this was actually worked out.

Thanks Natalie, I am getting annoyed now that when anyone posts that is like minded to myself (and it appears there are some which would come as a surprise to others on here!!) I have put them up to it. Which i have not - others have their own minds.

I also do not know how they work this out. I have seen others on here that state they have savings and their health probs are no worse or better than the next mans but they get this fast tracked. Must be how you word it or play it up or down.

Hi, Was your egg card an online application? What reason did you give for refund?

    Thanks Neptune

Scuse the tardy reply Neptune! It was online, I requested on the grounds that I never asked for PPI, they couldn't supply proof so paid up!

£550 back from Egg for PPI cover where I had a pre-existing medical condition. Total sum claimed was over £1,000 but accepted a reduced settlement on the basis that I probably was covered for unemployment but not illness.

    Reasonably happy.

Well done bathgatebuyer :T  , great news and every penny adds up and helps, well done hunni XX:beer:
