PPI Reclaiming successes and failures

Yeah is annoying waiting but at least they have given you a date to look forward to now so fingers crossed. When did you send back your acceptance form if you don't mind me asking then I can see if I'm close behind you

They received it on 17/8/11 - so its exactly 6 weeks tomorrow and the 12/10 deadline they gave me will be the whole 8 weeks. So I suppose it could arrive any day now - I will keep you updated when I receive it.

When did you send your acceptance off?

27th August for mine so am about a week behind you. Good luck, hope it turns up soon for you

Opened the post this morning to find HSBC had upheld my complaint regarding my loan to the tune of £2,318. :j Took 13 weeks to get this far, wonder how long it'll take to see the cash in my Lloyds account?!

Thanks to all the knowledgeable people on here, would never have done it without the help of this board!

It's been at least 15 working days now since I sent my offers letters back to the Natwest / RBS and a part from the first payment which they settled with a week I haven't heard anything and getting worried that the banks will try some skulduggery to get out of paying!!

I phone just to make sure that they had received all 6 of my offer letters back but I was told that they had only received 5 of them and that they would resend a copy of the letter for me to sign and send back again!

Even though I have the letters to hand stating their offers I keep thinking some how some way they will try and not pay within 28 working days!!

Anyone else had any payments from RBS recently?

Try not to worry too much, the hard parts over and its just a case of waiting the 28 days and a few extra maybe.

Does anyone know who I can complain to, I sent SAR to LTSB and was due to have info back by 27th and have received nothing from them! Postman has been and only get 1 post a day)

I would give them a ring or drop them an email and ask where it is or when to expect it. They took about 4 wks with mine.

Direstraits

Hi I claimed for my latest loan ppi which was upheld, then I claimed for the previous loan that was held up by the JR I then had a gesture of goodwill from them which included two previous consolidated loans. the thing is I have had loans going back to the early 90s all with PPI which I was advised to take but I dont have any documentation for them.
Please Help can I still claim and if so how do I go about it:( (Barclays)
