c less any previous claims. £0
    d less early settlement. £2657.33
e total refund for this loan. £743.49

    The loan was £8.000.00
    PPI £2.696.82
    Apr 14.9%
I took the loan in july 2007
    number of repayments 84
Monthly repayment is £149.79 and the ppi is £50.50,so i am paying £200.29 a month.

    The loan is still active!!

    Hi flossy it's cool,
By my calculations youd be due to get back
    51 x 50.50 = £2575.50, plus
8% interest on each payment from when it was made = £444.09
Making a total of £3019.59, this is just a rough figure making payment on first of month and last payment made on 1st september, and thats to date, obviously it may be a couple of months before you get your decision and you may have more monthly payments to make but you'll get more interest as that should work this out to when they are refunding you.

Good luck, welcome to the forum and if there's anything else don't hesitate to ask.:D

Oops  sorry hon, I missed your post again lol :D:rotfl:;)

    Hi Moggy
Have you also tried emailing the CEO of Barclays?
Tell them its a simple question and your not happy with being fobbed off with the same old answer that they don't know!
Tell them as a valued customer of the bank you believe they should treat you fairly and give a firm answer, keep at them, good luck.;)
I already have twice the first time i was sent a letter basically saying your in the same boat as everyone else youll have to wait i emailed him last week and havent yet recieved a reply to which i probably wont :mad::mad::mad:

    Hi Jody, your welcome

I know it varies from credit card to loan ppi interest and I'm sure someone will be along soon to explain this for you, meanwhile below is how the FOS calculates refunds, so check these for examples to go on with - until someone comes along, good luck x

Doh! what are they playing at the muppets!!!!
If this was me, I would be asking my MP to contact them on my behalf, if you've a good local MP, maybe they can help push the boat for you, well I certainly hope so anyway. x
