That had crossed my mind.

It is strange that only Barclays letters don't arrive, although it may be that had I not been expecting them I wouldn't have queried it. They are meant to be getting back to me on the date the cheque was written but so far haven't. Will ring them again if not heard by about 4pm.

just been on the phone to barclays and spoke to two different people one claim i have is waiting to be paid out i was told last week the end of the month now ive been told it may be a bit longer had to speak to a different person regarding my other claims said there was no news about them yet even though the 16 week deadline is up next week !!!!so i asked what happens after that to which they replied nothing the 16 weeks are only a guideline aarrrrrgggghhh this is really taking the michael now

Hi...I received my letter of offer from Barclaycard and sent my reply back on Friday so they should have it today (so far its been one letter and 8 weeks to this point). I opted for a direct transfer into my bank account so lets see how that one works out in regards to timing....will keep you posted!!!!!:o

Yes I had the same, they apparently sent 4 but i only ever received 1. Their bank statements arrive every month on time to my address all ok though....:embarasse:embarasse:embarasse:embarasse

My Barclaycard statements always arrive. Never had a problem before.

IF the cheque was sent on the 9th it should have been in my account by now! They now say that they give it 10 days and will then have to stop it and send another one. How much longer will this all take?

My original acceptance letter from Barclaycard sent on 9th August never arrived. By the time I got another one sent and returned it, it was 25th August. No sign of that being credited to my bank either as yet.

I WANT MY MONEY !!!!!!!! :mad:
