Just a standard letter asking to sign the acceptance and send back. They will on completion send a secon letter with the actual calculations on. They are sticking to the FOS redress guidelines. Im on a roll, been paid out twice from Barclays on a loan and a credit card, First Plus just sent me figures on what they are going to pay me, still got another one outstanding with Barclays currently with FO and Bradford and Bingley just sent me claim form ref my old mortgage.

im a happy bunny still got some PPI waiting for decision's from banks etc

but today i got an offer from oxendale catalogue for 600pounds which im more then happy with so tomorrow im getting in touch with some other catalogues ive used in the passed

well done to all winners this week and fingers crossed for everyone else that's waiting to get some news

I had a claim into yorkshire bank-clydesdale for £329-00 which they rejected yet after 6 months made a offer of £3880-78 which i signed for and they put a B.A.C. payment into my account after 6 days, More than happy with there honesty

Claim put in to Egg at the end of May to reclaim PPI on 14k loan taken out in 2006 and repaid by March 2010
Filled in the form after reading advice on this site, sent it off received an acknowledgement after a week, then a more time needed letter, a further one about the waiver. Then last night I came home to a letter to say they were upholding my claim and there was a cheque for £3500!

Still waiting to hear from NatWest on a credit card PPI claim tho...!

Hi.they should give this back to you,unless the loan is in arrears,then they can take this off the loan.
See what they come back with.

hi guys dont know if anyone has had a chance to read one of my previous threads but is accident death insurance also claimable. this was added to my barclay card ive been told and a company called stonebridge are the underwriters.
