PPI Reclaiming successes and failures

When I look at the bank charges templates though, it refers to bank accounts and says "I am writing to request that you repay all the charges in relation to direct debits, unauthorised overdrafts and standing orders that have been applied to my account in the past six years." Am I right in thinking I couldn't claim for charges for missed payments on my loan or would I just have to re-word this section slightly?
Hiya
I would ask about that on the charges thread as they will probably know, (the thread link posted in the above post).;)
I have not actually made a reclaim on charges myself to be honest and don't want to go telling you the wrong thing, but I am aware that the reclaiming of the PPI and charges are done separately.:);) xxThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi All
Just to keep you updated with my claim with lloydstsb which on the 2nd August said they would be paying me back my ppl and I'm still waiting for payment.....after trying to get someone to answer the phone all day, I finely got them to answer to be told that they have "had a technical problem" and can't say when payments will be paid! has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how long does it usually take to get money out of Lloydstsb??
should I return to the FOS with a complaint on how they are treating their customers?0 -

Hi
Ive heard that there was a problem and cheque's are taking 6-8weeks to raise. I have requested mine to be paid into my account. They have 7days left out of the 28 they stated on my offer letter.
Well done on the win0 -
Yippeeee. Just heard my 3 loan complaints and a large CC complaint have been upheld by RBS. They say up to 8 weeks to compile figures Any experience out there of how long they actually are taking?0
