PPI Reclaiming successes and failures

well i had a nice suprise today, went to the bank and 300 had cleared into my account, with 243 to clear, think that was the ppi i paid and maybe the interest? not sure if welcome give it in stages, i was awaiting the letter, but have had nothing as of yet! im happy for now though!

We were only with Firstplus for 18 months we ran away from them as quick as we could, what about you are you still with them? :cool:

Wee update..Had standard letters for two eggs accounts and BOS preference accounts saying it would be 16 weeks etc but my Virgin Card from MBNA i got a letter saying i would hear something in 28 days is this unusual?

Hi, that sounds about right, some will give their own timescales, and not all are involved in the extra timescale.
