well done all todays winners bad news for me after sending blackhorse letter back last week with every thing i could think of even quotes from fsa a woman phoned me today from blackhorse to say they weren't changing their mind even although i gave them new evidence { i was selfemployed] plus underlying health problems not interested.i asked her about other loan as she said it's a no on that one too and a letter sent out 2nd august, not got that one yet and she said it was sent 2nd class so might come this week 23 days for 2nd class thats a joke and i told her this also told her i was not happy and if this was the way they were dealing with complaintsthem i'm sure they would make the deadline of 31st august she said you can take it to fos.mines has been with them since febuary but saying no time to look at my new evidence this week their a complete JOKE!! went stright on phone to fos and registered them so need to forget about those complaints for a while!

No, I didnt sign an acceptance slip. Thankyou Sunny,
That's about 14 weeks since we put the claim in to them, which isnt too bad.
Yeah this seems to have taken off after Carol phoned, she said when she phoned that it was in final stages and we'd receive an offer in the post in the next few days, it's been 8 days since the letter was done. So not sure whether it was at that stage at that time or not, but I like to think it was because we kicked it up a bit.
Good luck with yours too and i'll still be about too, need to repay the help i've had to others, certainly where I can!:rotfl::rotfl::j:j.
Thanks to all the competition posters.

Re my CB cc claim(thanks smitchy for further advice) emailed back the CEO, and PPI team to express my displeasure that no acknowledgement after almost a week to say they have at least read my emails(I know they have) as well as the ops manager for the PPI team(Carol)outlining the situation to her with regards to their final decision.Hopefully at least get some kind of acknowledgement-requested summat within 7 working days before going to the FSA with regards to non-acknowledgement of correspondence, then further taking my complaint to the ombudsman.
